Until recently we were located on Queensway in Bletchley for 14 years before relocating to our new offices in Newton Longville. Owned, staffed and run by established estate agents, we have a vast amount of experience and expertise in the Milton Keynes property market.

I personally have over 30 years experience as an estate agent in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area, with 28 of those being on the High Street. I know the area, the market, the schools, the local services and perhaps most importantly, the property stock, intimately.

Office of Fair Trading highlight the need for change

A recent market study by the Office of Fair Trading has brought to the attention of the consumer a need for new innovation and in buying and selling property.

John Fingleton, OFT Chief Executive, said:

'In the present economic climate it is more important than ever that people get a good deal when buying or selling a home.

'Encouraging new business models, online estate agents and private seller platforms could put useful competitive pressure on traditional models and lead to better value for buyers and sellers. The Government can help this process by updating legislation and making sure regulation only applies where it is essential to protect consumers..'
