Buying for the first time

You will probably be assisted through your first by your parents and we will add the detailed advice and guidance that will hopefully contribute to an enjoyable experience with the end result being you move into your first home with as few issues as possible, but where they do arise we will deal with them for you including all the legal aspects. We can assist you with a cost planner that can include advice and quotations on any improvements that you may wish to make to the property once you are the proud owner.

Buy to let advice

We have a successful residential lettings department and know what flats and houses rent out easily in our area. We will show you where to buy and list what you might need to do to your new investment to let it quickly and to the right tenant. Taking extra time and care at this time could save you thousands later on. We also have an approved team of all the necessary contractors to assist you in every aspect of improving the property if required.
