We are a family business (plus Lucy!) that has been selling and letting houses for 25 years in the Bletchley and Milton Keynes area.

The Stratfords office originated in Bletchley’s old cinema in 1995 with a mission of being a friendly, honest and open estate agent that you could feel comfortable asking for advice.

Over time, more members of the family have joined the company, yet the ethos has remained the same, and we’ve now grown and settled into our latest Bletchley location.

    David Thirkettle

Director and founder of Stratfords, David started the company in Bletchley 25 years ago. He has been valuing and selling houses in the area for 40 years so you won’t find many (if any) agents who have more experience than him around these parts! If he is not in the office you will find him out on his bike or walking the dogs.

    Email David:

    Luke Thirkettle

Coming up to 10 years in the family business, Luke is your guy when it comes to rental properties, whether you are a tenant or a landlord. In his spare time he enjoys football, walking his pup and rewatching episodes from The Office.

    Email Luke:

    Michele Thirkettle

The real boss of the office, despite what David says! Michele handles everything to do with the finance side of the business. She loves to run in her spare time so if you don’t pay she may just chase you down!

    Email Michele:

    Lucy Griffin

Our newest team member… although we can’t remember what it was like without her now. Lucy is the guru of solving any rental maintenance queries. Proud mumma of two fab boys, you won’t find anyone else in the vicinity with such perfectly styled hair and nails.

    Email Lucy:

    The Dogs

One of the joys of being a family run business is that our gorgeous pooches get to join us at work every day. They are all really friendly and whilst they are yet to prove themselves to be any actual help around the office, they keep the happiness levels at a high all day long!
